To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Certain items, such as opened skincare or makeup products, are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@beautyfuana.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees.
